RETURNS & REFUNDS

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING

Each Rally Club piece is produced to order. Please check the size guide and product measurements carefully before placing your order, as sizing may vary between styles.

We do not currently offer a separate exchange service, including exchanges for a different size. Where you have a statutory right to return an eligible item, you may return it in accordance with the policy below and place a new order in your preferred size.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us within this period if you wish to make a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs so we can resolve the issue.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
