SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

Each Rally Club piece is produced to order. Please allow time for your order to be made before it is dispatched. Production times are separate from shipping times.

DELIVERY

The Rally Club ships internationally. Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been produced and dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has entered production, we may be unable to make changes to the item, size or delivery details. Please check all order information carefully before completing your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delays outside of our control.

DELAYS

While we aim to have every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, production, courier or customs delays can occasionally occur. Delivery dates provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
